Fifteen years ago, Colin Liddell published the first comprehensive history of Pitlochry and District for some 70 years. It sold out rapidly, leaving people ever since having to search for second-hand copies.

That search has now ended, as the The Watermill has published Colin’s comprehensively updated and expanded book, with over 275 images and photos in 256 pages. Floating Stones is a high quality art book celebrating ceramic artist Lotte Glob’s project of the same name, which involved releasing three ceramic stones into 111 lochans in the Scottish Highlands.
